Online Italian limited company (SRL) setup. The service for establishing your company online is as follows:
- Videoconference meetings: from the first contact with the tasked notary to the incorporation of the company
- All-round assistance: the notary tasked by the Capasso – dell’Erba firm will apply all the procedures necessary for incorporation, from issuing electronic signatures to deposit of share capital, listing in the Registro delle Imprese, the Italian business register, and endorsement of company records

PROCESS
How it works
Secure and fast.
- Fill out the form you see below, making sure to provide all the information requested, and explain the scope of your business.
- Capasso – dell’Erba staff will contact you to provide all the details necessary for setting up your SRL.
- If you do not already have an electronic signature, staff will issue you with one during the videoconference.
- The SRL directors make a bank transfer of share capital to the notary’s dedicated current account.
- Directors will subsequently set up the SRL during a videoconference with the tasked notary.
- The notary will undertake to enter the SRL in the Italian business register.
- Lastly, after the company has been incorporated, the notary will transfer the share capital to the administrative body.
